Avanos offers Nasointestinal (NI) feeding tubes designed for placement using endoscopic guidance. In addition to the feed tube, the accompanying kit provides a 300cm Teflon coated guide wire in dispense sheath, and an anti-clog bolus (weighted or unweighted), and a nasal/oral transfer tube with pre-inserted stylet. Features Designed to Help with Application. The tube is advanced over the flexible guide wire for placement in the small bowel. Centimeter marks along the length of the tube allow clinicians to check for tube migration.
