Why You Need "Adult" Wipes (Not Baby Wipes)
- Double the Size: Most of our wipes are 8" x 12" or larger. One adult washcloth covers the same area as 3-4 baby wipes.
- Tear-Resistant: Thick, non-woven fabric prevents "finger-through" accidents during messy cleanups.
- pH-Balanced for Adults: Adult skin has a different pH than infant skin. Our wipes are formulated to neutralize urine acids, preventing the "ammonia burn" that causes painful rashes.
The "Complete Change" Routine
To prevent skin breakdown (bedsores), follow this 3-step routine during every change:
- Remove: Unfasten the soiled Adult Diaper with Tabs and roll it inwards.
- Clean: Use a fresh Adult Wipe to cleanse the area from front to back. (Tip: Use one wipe for the bulk mess, and a second for a final soothing finish).
- Protect: Before putting on the new brief, ensure the skin is dry. For bedbound patients, ensure a Disposable Underpads is underneath to catch any drips during the process.
